Our client is a top and rapidly growing private bank who is looking for a general compliance manager to join their regulatory team. This person will be report directly to the head of regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Review policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with the regulatory requirements
- Interpret laws, rules and regulations for business units and provide advisory support on compliance matters
- Liaise with Head Office and regulators in relation to compliance matters * Support in preparation of training courses to all business units of the bank
- Monitor, evaluate and conduct compliance assessment / review / survey
- Provide compliance support on developing new products or services
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 5 years' compliance experience in private banking, corporate banking or wealth management
- Knowledge of banking ordinance, HKMA and SFC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
