Job Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation on operational processes and technical environment setup
- Incident escalation and management
- Provide functional assistance for Calypso and other in-house systems to users
- Set up system monitoring rules and respond to alarms from the system.
- Participate in BCP exercises and assist with IT security and auditing.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Skills at Experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Calypso or similar systems in a Front or Middle Office environment
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server commands and shell scripts
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure Willingness to work morning shifts (starting at 7 a.m.) and take turns working weekends
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Any Additional Requirements
- Experience with Bloomberg terminals and systems
- Experience developing automation scripts in Python, VBA, or other programming languages
Educational/Professional Qualifications
- A prominent institution's Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT related subject is required.
