A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced a Senior P&C Underwriter to join their Public Entities team. In this role, you will be evaluating and underwriting P&C insurance programs up to 1M in premium.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement underwriting strategies aligned with the company's risk appetite and business objectives.
- Oversee the evaluation of risks associated with prospective clients, ensuring comprehensive assessments are conducted.
- Collaborate with brokers and clients to gather necessary information for underwriting insurance policies.
- Analyze and evaluate insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals to determine coverage eligibility and pricing.
