A global alternative asset manager is looking for an investment associate to focus on the renewable energy sector. This role is based in Beijing and the ideal candidate would be someone with at least 2+ years of relevant experience, (IBD, PE, corporate strategy) and a strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive research on potential investment targets
- Developing financial models for analyzing investments
- Participating in negotiations with target companies' representatives
- Coordinating due diligence efforts during acquisition processes
Skills & Qualifications:
The following skills are required from candidates applying for this role:
