Title: Investment Banking Associate - Technology

Location: Florida/Remote

Currently partnered with a specialty Technology Investment Bank that is looking to bring on a strong Associate join their Technology practice. This is a rapidly growing firm who is experience busy given their expertise in the Technology market. As an Associate, you will play an integral role in all aspects of the deal process.

The role will involve the following:

· Preparing and delivering presentations

· Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses

· Ability to speak with clients, PE firms, and Investors

· Playing a key role in the transaction process

· Taking primary responsibility for deal execution of Technology focused transactions

· Mentoring and training intern level bankers

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of investment banking/M&A experience

· Middle market transaction experience a plus

· Technology Investment Banking experience a plus (ex. Software, Telecoms, Clean Tech)

· Excellent analytical and modeling skills

· Strong client management skills

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work under tight deadlines
