Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of new high net worth insurance products, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products meet local regulatory requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify high net worth insurance product opportunities and trends
- Work closely with underwriters and actuaries to assess the financial viability of new products
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all products meet local regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations
- Monitor the performance of existing high net worth insurance products, and recommend changes or enhancements as needed
- Manage the product approval process, including preparing and submitting product filings to regulatory authorities
- Work with marketing teams to develop product marketing materials and collateral
- Provide training and support to sales teams on high net worth insurance products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance product development, with a focus on high net worth products
- Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements related to insurance products in Hong Kong
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully launching new products
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze financial data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and Cantonese required, Mandarin proficiency preferred
