A leading energy supplier is looking for an experienced professional to join their experienced E-Mobility team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales and developing sales channel partnerships. The role will include B2B sales, whilst developing and managing the team of experienced sales representatives. The candidate will have experience in one of the following: automotive OEMS, electric utilities, partners and direct sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy to grow market share in E-mobility market.
- Identify and develop sales channels in automotive OEMS, electric utilities, partners and direct sales.
- Maximise sales volume and gross margin
- Manage a team of experienced sales professionals
- Identify key accounts to capitalise on future opportunities, driven by increasing demand for EVs.
Your qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience in sales
- Experience managing a sales team, with a track record of hitting targets
- Deep understanding of the Swiss market
- Experience in E-Mobility or similar product
- Fluent in German and English, French and Italian is beneficial
