This firm is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their global support team. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to various end users across the firm across various technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier II IT Support
- Collaborate with global team to support systems including Active Directory, AWS, Network systems, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands on experience
- Knowledge in IAM space
- Advanced experience in PowerShell and Active Directory
- Experience supporting MacOS and Windows machines
