Responsibilities:
- Work with high-net-worth individuals and their families to develop and implement customized financial plans that meet their unique needs and goals
- Provide tax planning and compliance services, including tax return preparation and advising on tax-related issues
- Advise on estate planning, including the development of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Provide investment management services, including portfolio management and investment strategy development
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as lawyers and accountants, to ensure that all aspects of the clients' financial affairs are properly coordinated
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all financial matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and continuously look for ways to improve services and increase client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Professional certification such as TEP, CFA, CPA, or CFP preferred
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in wealth management, asset management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of family office structures, tax, estate planning, and investment management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
