Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their cash management needs and provide solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Implement and maintain cash management products and services for clients, including account structures, payment and collections, liquidity management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product, technology, operations, and sales teams, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of cash management solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' cash management arrangements to ensure they remain optimal and competitive.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of cash management products and services.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients' queries and issues related to cash management products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience in cash management, transaction banking, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin language skills preferred.
