Responsibilities include:
- Individual will perform detailed financial modeling, cash flow, valuation, and investment return analyses.
- Monitoring, Identifying, and reporting on performance of existing investments.
- Will assist in due diligence, analysis, and written summaries for investments.
- Must be able to perform comparable company and transactions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years with Real Estate, Mortgage, Investment Banking or similar financial services
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
- Should be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Must demonstrate strong ability to work on a team and self-motivation
