Your Impact
- Act as a legal partner to senior leadership, providing expert advice on corporate law and related areas.
- Support board and shareholder meetings, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of governance processes.
- Drive transformation by introducing digital solutions for legal workflows and stakeholder collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, M&A, and Tax on strategic projects.
- Play an active role in shaping governance frameworks during a period of exciting organizational change.
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified lawyer (1st & 2nd State Exam)
- Several years of experience in corporate law, ideally gained in an international law firm or a leading industrial/financial company.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and supervisory board requirements.
- Proactive mindset, analytical strength, and ability to deliver clear, reliable advice under time pressure.
- Passion for innovation and digitalization in legal processes.
- Excellent communication skills and high integrity when dealing with diverse stakeholders.
