Legal Counsel - Strategic Projects & Contract Management (m/f/d)


Location: Berlin with regular commutting
Work Model: Hybrid / Flexible

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the legal team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic industrial and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading negotiations and finalizing manufacturing and operational contracts in collaboration with internal project teams
  • Managing leasing agreements and financing documentation, including due diligence processes, NDA administration, and term sheet preparation
  • Reviewing and commenting on contractual documents, identifying legal risks, and proposing practical solutions
  • Coordinating external legal advisors, overseeing their engagement, and validating binding offers before client submission
  • Supporting post-signing activities by monitoring contractual obligations and deadlines, and liaising with external law firms when needed
  • Advising on disputes and litigation, and assisting with the legal structuring of special purpose entities

Your Profile

  • You are a fully qualified lawyer in Germany.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar legal role
  • Fluent in German and English; French or Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor
  • Resilient and solution-oriented, even under time pressure
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in a dynamic, international environment
  • Eager to contribute to strategic initiatives and grow professionally
