Fixed Income and Financing Solutions Sales - VP/D
On behalf of our client, a leading global investment bank, we are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Solutions Sales professional to join their dynamic Global Markets team in Dubai.
This is a senior front-office role focused on originating and delivering bespoke fixed income financing and investment solutions to institutional clients across the Middle East, including sovereign wealth funds, central banks, asset managers, and regional banks. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional relationship management skills to drive growth and position the firm as a trusted partner in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with institutional clients in the Middle East, providing tailored fixed income financing solutions.
- Originate and execute transactions across repo, securities lending, collateralized financing, and structured fixed income products.
- Work closely with trading, structuring, and risk teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide market insights and technical commentary to support client decision-making and enhance engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding wallet share and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in Fixed Income Sales or Financing Solutions within a leading investment bank or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of fixed income markets, repo, securities lending, and structured financing products.
- Established network of institutional clients in the Middle East (SWFs, central banks, asset managers).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
