To strengthen a highly analytical team, we are looking for a motivated professional to join a key function covering Risk, Funding, and Financial Controlling.
The Role - What You Would Be Doing
This position is hands‑on, analytical, and strongly Excel‑driven. You will work at the intersection of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), funding, liquidity, and controlling. This is not a pure reporting or audit role - the expectation is that you actively build models, analyze data, and understand the business drivers behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) & Credit Risk
  • Perform and further develop RWA calculations for leasing portfolios (B2B and B2C), including real assets such as electric vehicles
  • Analyze credit and data risks within the portfolios
  • Act as an interface between Risk, Pricing, Remarketing, and Finance
  • Drive initiatives to optimize RWA and improve capital efficiency
Funding, Refinancing & Liquidity
  • Analyze funding structures with different maturities and instruments within a group‑wide funding setup
  • Model funding and interest rate structures
  • Prepare refinancing, funding, and liquidity reports
  • Support liquidity management and balance sheet optimization
Controlling & Reporting
  • Build, maintain, and enhance P&L models
  • Perform monthly closing and planning analyses
  • Handle recurring analyses as well as ad‑hoc management requests
  • Understand accounting entries and connect them to the broader financial picture

Your Profile - Skills & Experience

  • University degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in leasing, banking, financial institutions, or real‑asset environments
  • Background in risk control, treasury, capital management, RWA, or financial controlling
  • Excellent Excel skills are mandatory (pivot tables, large datasets, complex financial models, building models from scratch)
  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset
  • Ability to independently drive topics and solve complex problems in a structured way
  • Fluent English (working language of the team); German is a plus but not required
  • Experience with SQL, SaaS tools, or advanced data solutions is an advantage and can be developed on the job
  • Confident communicator with a high level of responsibility, reliability, and structured working style
