Assistant Claims Manager

A trusted leader in commercial auto and trucking coverage. We're seeking an Assistant Claims Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional claims service and operational efficiency. In this role, you will:

• Partner with the Claims Manager to analyze claim data and provide recommendations on coverage and liability.
• Support timely and accurate resolution of claims within company guidelines.
• Apply your expertise in Auto and Commercial Trucking insurance to handle complex cases.
• Develop proactive, cost-effective strategies and identify trends to improve claims-handling processes.
• They are looking for someone with experience with personal and commercial auto claims
• Experience/licensed in TX, NM, AZ, and/or CA
• Bilingual, English and Spanish
