Their model combines high‑touch advisory support with technology‑driven efficiency, creating a dynamic environment for an actuary who enjoys both technical work and process ownership.
As the internal subject‑matter expert, you will lead and execute:
- 401(k) plan testing and compliance review
- Form 5500 preparation and filings
- Actuarial guidance across CB and 401(k) plan administration
- Process development, optimization, and scaling as the firm grows
- Collaboration with advisors to support client needs and retirement strategy
- Fully remote option for candidates across the U.S.
- Hybrid option available for those based near their South Carolina office
- Enrolled Actuary (EA) designation required
- Strong background in small-plan administration (CB + 401(k) preferred)
- Comfortable independently managing workflows and building streamlined processes
- Interested in contributing to long‑term organizational growth
