We're working with a growing, entrepreneurial insurance organization seeking a hands-on leader to take ownership of their Property Claims function. This is a high-impact, highly visible role reporting directly to ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to help scale a business.

The Role
This person will serve as the bridge between ownership and the claims/operations team, driving performance, accountability, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-7 direct reports (with plans to grow)
- Oversee property claims operations
- Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics
- Act as a problem solver and escalation point across the business
- Manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Help scale the team, processes, and infrastructure as the company grows
What They're Looking For
- 5+ years of management experience (required)
- Strong background in claims (property preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive KPIs, and improve operational performance
- Comfortable in a lean, high-ownership environment
- Someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on
