Growing firm seeking a senior Commercial Lines Producer to drive new business and help lead and scale a local office. This role includes mentoring other producers and building market presence. Compensation is highly flexible and designed to attract top talent. Ideal candidates are active in the community and bring strong retail client relationships.
Role Summary
Responsible for generating new commercial P&C business, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining direct retail client relationships to support profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and develop new client relationships
* Maintain and leverage an active network of retail relationships
* Manage and grow a pipeline of target accounts
* Cross sell additional coverages to existing clients
* Partner with internal teams to market and place business
* Maintain strong carrier relationships and negotiate terms
* Support renewals and client retention
* Stay current on market trends and coverage strategies
Qualifications
* Proven success in commercial P&C production
* Established retail book of business and client relationships
* Strong sales, communication, and relationship building skills
* Solid understanding of coverage and carrier markets
* Self motivated with ability to manage priorities independently
* Ability to collaborate, mentor, and lead within a team
* Active community presence preferred
