Implementation Manager - Prime Services

About the Opportunity

Our client is a top-tier international bank with a strong presence in global markets, known for delivering innovative solutions to institutional clients. They are expanding their Prime Services business and seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onboarding for some of the most sophisticated hedge funds and asset managers in the industry. This is a high-impact role where you'll be at the center of client engagement, operational excellence, and strategic delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Prime Brokerage and related services.
• Design and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies to keep everything on schedule.
• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams across Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
• Drive execution of critical deliverables, including documentation, credit approvals, and operational setup.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, providing updates and resolving issues quickly.
• Uphold governance standards and regulatory compliance throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client experience, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in Prime Brokerage, OTC Clearing, or institutional onboarding.
• Strong understanding of Prime Services products such as clearing, custody, margining, and financing.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or similar institutional clients.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
