We Are Seeking: Head of Institutional Custody Product
This is a strategic leadership role focused on owning and scaling the institutional custody offering-a critical pillar of the company's long-term growth. As Head of Product for custody, you will define the vision, drive execution, and ensure the delivery of secure, compliant, and user-centric solutions trusted by global institutions.
Ideal candidates bring a deep understanding of custody workflows, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies such as MPC and HSM. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and institutional clients to create products that meet stringent security and regulatory standards while supporting commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the institutional custody platform, from strategy to execution.
- Design solutions tailored to institutional clients, including exchanges, asset managers, and family offices.
- Partner with Sales, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations to deliver secure and scalable custody services.
- Stay ahead of custody technology trends (e.g., MPC, HSM, multi-sig) and regulatory developments.
- Support go-to-market strategies and client pitches with product expertise.
- Identify monetization opportunities and align product direction with revenue goals.
- Build and lead a small product team over time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or client-facing roles within institutional crypto custody or digital asset infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of custody architecture and compliance (KYC, segregation, MPC, HSM).
- Proven ability to engage institutional clients and translate insights into product priorities.
- Track record of delivering secure, B2B fintech or crypto products.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
