Role Overview:
The Director of Regional Product Operations will lead the Product Department, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time. This role involves developing and maintaining competitive and profitable products and pricing for designated states. The director will track regulatory changes and competitor activities, including maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies. As the head of various strategy committees, the director will set profit and growth targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, and other departments to achieve these goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional expertise in a specialized field preferred.
- Experience: 9-11 years or a master's degree equivalent with 7-9 years of experience.
- Knowledge: Extensive professional expertise across multiple disciplines and broad business segments. Strong understanding of management practices.
