We're a fast-growing fintech company looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales efforts targeting RIAs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), drive pipeline generation, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine go-to-market strategies.

You're passionate about finance, technology, and sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the opportunity to coach and grow a high-performing team. You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, but even more excited to mentor and lead.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed outreach and meeting goals.
  • Manage daily activities including call/email campaigns and meetings booked.
  • Build and refine outbound prospecting strategies and messaging.
  • Set and track KPIs using HubSpot and proprietary tools.
  • Provide hands-on coaching through call shadowing and email reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership on strategy and pipeline.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members.
  • Partner with marketing on lead generation and outbound campaign support.
  • Report on team performance and pipeline contribution.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of sales management experience and 3+ years in outbound sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS into RIAs or working at a wealth management firm.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and CRM proficiency.
  • Series 7/63 preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Passion for finance and technology, and a metrics-driven mindset.
