A newly launched investment platform is building a next‑generation model that acquires technology, tech‑enabled, and services businesses and drives value creation through hands‑on post‑acquisition execution. The firm partners closely with portfolio company leadership to professionalize operations, integrate acquisitions, and implement scalable, tech‑enabled improvements.
Role Overview
The firm is seeking a Transformation & Integration Manager to lead post‑acquisition execution across its portfolio. This role is highly hands‑on and sits at the center of value creation-owning integration planning, operational execution, and cross‑functional initiatives from close through stabilization.The ideal candidate brings experience operating in fast‑moving M&A environments and is comfortable turning strategy, product direction, and investment theses into clear, executable operating plans.
Responsibilities
  • Own post‑acquisition integration and transformation efforts from close through execution
  • Build and drive 30‑60‑90 day integration plans and longer‑term operating roadmaps
  • Translate investment theses, product direction, and technical initiatives into practical, operational execution
  • Partner closely with investment, product, engineering, and portfolio company leadership teams
  • Drive cross‑functional project management across finance, operations, technology, and commercial teams
  • Support implementation of tech‑enabled and AI‑enabled improvements where they meaningfully impact scale, efficiency, or growth
  • Act as a hands‑on operator-identifying issues, driving solutions, and ensuring follow‑through
Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, M&A integration, corporate development, or operating roles within fast‑paced environments
  • Direct experience supporting or leading post‑acquisition integration, transformation, or complex cross‑functional initiatives
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Comfortable working directly with senior operators and investment professionals
  • Prior experience in PE‑backed, high‑velocity, or roll‑up environments is a strong plus
  • Willingness to be in the Los Angeles office full‑time
