About the Firm
- Own post‑acquisition integration and transformation efforts from close through execution
- Build and drive 30‑60‑90 day integration plans and longer‑term operating roadmaps
- Translate investment theses, product direction, and technical initiatives into practical, operational execution
- Partner closely with investment, product, engineering, and portfolio company leadership teams
- Drive cross‑functional project management across finance, operations, technology, and commercial teams
- Support implementation of tech‑enabled and AI‑enabled improvements where they meaningfully impact scale, efficiency, or growth
- Act as a hands‑on operator-identifying issues, driving solutions, and ensuring follow‑through
- 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, M&A integration, corporate development, or operating roles within fast‑paced environments
- Direct experience supporting or leading post‑acquisition integration, transformation, or complex cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Comfortable working directly with senior operators and investment professionals
- Prior experience in PE‑backed, high‑velocity, or roll‑up environments is a strong plus
- Willingness to be in the Los Angeles office full‑time
