Position Overview
The Director of FP&A will be a key partner to senior leadership, leading their forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into the numbers, translating data into insights, and supporting a fast‑moving, guest‑focused operation. You'll also lead a talented team and help drive continuous improvement across our finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budget, long‑range plan, and regular forecasting processes
- Analyze business performance, highlight trends, and identify risks/opportunities
- Build strong relationships with leaders across Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and more
- Support investment decisions, fleet planning, and companywide initiatives
- Deliver clear, executive‑ready reporting and presentations
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing FP&A team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
- 8-10+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Background in travel, hospitality, consumer services, or similar industries is helpful
- Experience in a publicly traded environment
- Strong modeling, analysis, and communication skills
- A team‑first leader who can work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities
