Senior Management Consultant
This client is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Consultant to join our growing management consulting team. In this role, you will lead project workstreams, guide junior team members, and partner closely with clients across the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors to solve complex strategic, operational, and commercial challenges.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end workstreams on strategy, due diligence, market assessment, and transformation projects
- Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform actionable recommendations
- Manage and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with client teams and senior executives
- Synthesize insights into clear presentations and communicate them effectively
- Support business development efforts, proposals, and thought leadership
- Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen the practice and firm culture
What We're Looking For
- 3-6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles
- Strong background in TMT is preferred (but not required)
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, including comfort with complex data sets
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage teams
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus
