Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.
- Manage complex workstreams across diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and client deliverables.
- Play a critical role in the development of junior bankers through oversight, mentorship, and hands‑on guidance.
- Drive client engagement: preparing materials, presenting analyses, handling key communications, and contributing to long‑term relationship building.
- Support origination efforts through market research, idea generation, and pitch development in the Hardware & Semiconductor vertical.
Qualifications:
- 3+ closed transactions in hardware, electronics, or semiconductor investment banking (required).
- 7-10 years of total investment banking experience, with strong execution capability.
- Robust technical skills across modeling, valuation, and process management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead deals, interact directly with clients, and manage junior team members.
- Deep understanding of the hardware/semiconductor ecosystem, competitive landscape, and industry value chain.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
