What You'll Do:
- Lead medical economics analyses focused on healthcare cost, utilization, and operational performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that improve business outcomes.
- Partner with leaders across clinical, operational, and finance teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and mentor a team of healthcare analytics professionals.
- Utilize large healthcare datasets to drive performance improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in Medical Economics, healthcare cost analysis, and utilization analytics.
- Experience working with claims, provider, member, and authorization data.
- Experience in Medicaid Managed Care or a health plan/payer environment.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Prior leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts preferred
