About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, founder- and employee-owned services platform supporting life sciences, healthcare, and controlled-environment facilities across the United States. In just ~2.5 years, the company has scaled from 3 employees to $50M+ in revenue, operating with 30%+ margins, zero outside investors, and a long-term owner-operator philosophy.

The company focuses on acquiring and partnering with specialized technical service businesses across highly fragmented markets. Current verticals include controlled environment certification, mechanical services, medical equipment maintenance, and compliance training, among others.

The platform offers sellers a fast, 30-day closing process, 100% certainty of close, and white-glove integration support, creating a compelling value proposition for founder-owned businesses.

The company has already completed 4 acquisitions this year, with 5 additional deals currently under LOI expected to close within the next 30 days, and plans to execute 15-25 acquisitions annually. With a proprietary integration playbook and strong founder-led culture, the business is positioned to become a leading consolidator in the technical services sector, with significant runway for growth.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Head of M&A to lead the company's end-to-end acquisition strategy, including sourcing, diligence, execution, and integration.

This is a high-impact, operator-focused leadership role within a founder-led, entrepreneurial organization where M&A serves as the primary engine of growth. The Head of M&A will inherit a well-functioning acquisition machine with a strong pipeline and multiple verticals already mapped, and will play a key role in scaling the platform's acquisition capabilities.

This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a top-tier M&A function inside a profitable, bootstrapped, founder-run company with minimal bureaucracy and significant autonomy.

Integration & Value Creation

* Oversee the company's white-glove integration process, ensuring acquired businesses are operationally aligned and culturally integrated from day one.
* Develop repeatable playbooks and operational workflows across finance, HR, operations, and compliance.
* Support post-close value creation, including revenue growth and retention of key leadership from acquired companies.

Leadership & Team Development

* Lead and grow an M&A team of 3-5 professionals, with plans to add additional team members.
* Mentor and develop team members while building a best-in-class M&A capability.
* Partner closely with the founders and senior leadership team to ensure each acquisition aligns with strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile

* Experience completing 40-50+ transactions in high-velocity M&A environments.
