Quant Developer
The team is targeting someone with 1-5 years of experience who has hands-on exposure to trading infrastructure within a bank, hedge fund, or prop trading firm, and is looking to deepen their impact in a performance-critical environment.
What you'll be doing:
You will design and build production-grade execution systems, focusing on speed, reliability, and scalability. This includes developing order routing logic, integrating market data, and driving latency improvements across the stack, partnering closely with research and technology leadership to support live deployment and optimization. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean team working on systems that directly impact trading performance and PnL.
Key Requirements:
- C++ experience
- Low-latency or performance-critical setting.
- Prior experience working on execution systems at a financial institution
- strong understanding of market microstructure and trading workflows.
You should have 1-5 years of relevant experience with a strong technical foundation. Python and broader trading system exposure are helpful, but C++ depth and real trading system experience are the priority.
