Vice President, Investor Relations
A well-established commercial real estate firm is seeking a professional to support investor relations and capital raising efforts. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with investors, assisting in fundraising initiatives, and coordinating across internal teams to support investment activities.
The position involves managing investor communications, preparing materials, tracking outreach, and helping execute events and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or private markets, along with strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Support fundraising and capital raising initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with various investor types
- Manage and track a pipeline of prospective investors
- Assist in developing fundraising strategy and investor messaging
- Prepare investor materials (presentations, reports, due diligence content)
- Manage investor communications, updates, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of investor materials
- Track outreach and engagement activity through CRM systems
- Represent the firm at meetings, events, and conferences
- Help plan and execute investor events and meetings
- Improve investor relations processes and overall experience
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- ~7-10+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related areas
- Existing investor relationships preferred, ideally institutional and/or HNW
- Knowledge of real estate, private equity, or private markets
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate investment information into clear messaging
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
