About the Role:

My client, a leading Top-Tier Insurance Company, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Actuary to join their executive leadership team. This is a high-impact, highly visible C-suite role where you'll play a pivotal part in shaping strategic decisions across the organization. As the Chief Actuary, you'll bring a fresh perspective and innovative thinking to elevate the actuarial function to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

Lead actuarial modeling for pricing, reserving, and capital planning.
Guide reinsurance strategy and evaluate program effectiveness.
Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare actuarial opinions.
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams.
Mentor and grow a high-performing actuarial team.

Qualifications:

Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) required.
20+ years of actuarial experience in the P&C insurance industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of commercial and professional lines, including auto and general liability, and specialty products.
Expertise in actuarial software (e.g., Emblem, ResQ, Radar) and data analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
