Chief Actuary
- Lead actuarial modeling for pricing, reserving, and capital planning.
- Guide reinsurance strategy and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare actuarial opinions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing actuarial team.
- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) required.
- 20+ years of actuarial experience in the P&C insurance industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and professional lines, including auto and general liability, and specialty products.
- Expertise in actuarial software (e.g., Emblem, ResQ, Radar) and data analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
