Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a professional point of contact in internal and external communications with clients, partners, fund directors, and service providers
- Build and maintain client- and fund-related data sets, including investor registers, capacity tracking, performance, and fee analysis
- Monitor and analyse investor flows, returns, strategy capacity, and client-level metrics on an ongoing basis
- Support the preparation of marketing and client materials through data-driven analysis, charts, and presentations
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management from initial interest through the full lifecycle
- Contribute analytical research and structured insights to support the development of new investment products
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting and data outputs
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a numerate or analytical discipline
- Experience in asset management, investment consulting, financial services, or a related data-focused role
- Strong numerical ability with a clear intuition for data and financial metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Comfortable working with structured datasets, performance analysis, and reporting workflows
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and client-first mindset
Nice to Have:
- Progress toward or completion of CFA qualification
- Actuarial or statistical training
- Experience producing client-facing performance or investment materials
- Exposure to equities or multi-strategy investment environments
