Role Overview:

This role sits within the Investment Services function and focuses on data, analytics, and client-related insights. The Business Manager will work closely with investment, operations, and client-facing stakeholders, supporting decision-making through high-quality analysis while also contributing to client servicing and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a professional point of contact in internal and external communications with clients, partners, fund directors, and service providers
  • Build and maintain client- and fund-related data sets, including investor registers, capacity tracking, performance, and fee analysis
  • Monitor and analyse investor flows, returns, strategy capacity, and client-level metrics on an ongoing basis
  • Support the preparation of marketing and client materials through data-driven analysis, charts, and presentations
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management from initial interest through the full lifecycle
  • Contribute analytical research and structured insights to support the development of new investment products
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting and data outputs

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a numerate or analytical discipline
  • Experience in asset management, investment consulting, financial services, or a related data-focused role
  • Strong numerical ability with a clear intuition for data and financial metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • Comfortable working with structured datasets, performance analysis, and reporting workflows
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and client-first mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Progress toward or completion of CFA qualification
  • Actuarial or statistical training
  • Experience producing client-facing performance or investment materials
  • Exposure to equities or multi-strategy investment environments
