We are partnered with a high-growth technology company that is hiring an Account Executive to support expansion across the mid-market segment. The organization delivers a suite of software solutions designed to simplify complex operational and workforce processes for modern businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is focused on new business development, targeting decision-makers across finance, operations, and HR functions. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through to closing new logos, with a strong emphasis on pipeline generation and consistent revenue delivery.
Responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting consultative discovery to align solutions with client needs, and managing deal progression through to completion. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as sales development and customer success teams, to drive pipeline efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings 3-8+ years of B2B sales experience, including exposure to mid-market clients, and a track record of consistently achieving quota in a new business-focused role. Experience selling SaaS or platform-based solutions is preferred, along with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes and adapt within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
