Overview: A rapidly expanding investment bank is looking for a strategic and driven Marketing and Communications Manager. This position is vital for developing brand strategy, spearheading growth initiatives, and synchronizing marketing efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute marketing and communication plans to drive growth and achieve business goals. Identify market prospects and establish the firm as a sector leader.
- Execution: Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content production, public relations, and social media. Manage the company's online presence and create marketing materials.
- Brand Development: Strengthen brand identity and craft compelling messages to convey the firm's value proposition. Lead initiatives to boost brand recognition and engagement.
- Communication: Create internal and external communication strategies. Serve as the media spokesperson and prepare communication materials.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide reports and insights to senior management and refine strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications are preferable.
