About the Job
A leading European private markets investment platform is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to support the continued expansion of its infrastructure secondaries strategy. The firm is growing internationally and is looking to strengthen its distribution capability across Europe, with a particular focus on deepening relationships with institutional LPs.
Responsibilities
- Lead capital‑raising efforts for the firm's infrastructure secondaries strategies across Europe and other international markets.
- Develop and execute a targeted fundraising strategy, growing the pipeline of institutional investors (pension funds, insurers, endowments, consultants, family offices).
- Leverage existing LP relationships while originating new long‑term partnerships across the region.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on product positioning, fundraising materials, and market messaging.
- Provide detailed market feedback to the investment team to help shape new product development.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and LP meetings, acting as a senior ambassador for the platform.
- Maintain robust CRM discipline and ensure accurate reporting of investor activity and fundraising progress.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the private markets secondaries landscape, ideally with exposure to infrastructure strategies.
- Strong track record of raising capital from European institutional investors.
- Established book of LP relationships that can be activated quickly.
- Prior experience within a private markets fund manager or placement agent, ideally covering infrastructure, real assets, or broader private markets.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a lean, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and execution skills.
