Salary: $90,000-110,000/year
Relocation: $5k assistance; option to work remote for first 60 days before relocating
Client/Job Summary:
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Fund Administration Analyst to join its alternatives oversight team. This is a unique opportunity to get exposure to a broad range of private investment vehicles and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, problem‑solving, and gaining exposure to multiple fund structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze NAVs prepared by third‑party administrators
- Support audits, coordinate requests, and review financial statements
- Research and resolve operational issues
- Assist with tax and regulatory reporting requirements
- Participate in process improvements, documentation, and training
- Support projects such as launches, liquidations, and data requests
- Understand core fund accounting activities (income/expenses, fees, derivatives, FX, distributions)
- Collaborate with team members and service providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ YOE at a fund admin, private funds, alternatives, or audit
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills
- Solid communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and standard desktop tools; advanced Excel a plus
