Position Overview:
The Investor Relations team is seeking a full-time Analyst / Associate to support fundraising, prospect development, and relationship management initiatives.
This role partners closely with senior Investor Relations Coverage Officers and plays a critical role in preparing for investor meetings, conducting in-depth prospect analysis, and maintaining a strong and actionable pipeline of potential investors. The Analyst / Associate will act as a key project manager for assigned funds and territories, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution across all investor-related activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong interest in investment products and capital markets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a High Net Worth Investor Relations manager for investment funds, supporting fundraising and ongoing relationship management initiatives
- Develop and maintain sales prospect pipelines by region and investor type; support strategic outreach through reporting and modeling
- Manage CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and effective pipeline tracking
- Support fund launches by assisting with launch preparation and identifying eligible investors
- Oversee fundraising records, coordinate follow-up materials, and manage correspondence with prospects and limited partners
- Provide project management and research support for internal stakeholders, including identifying new pools of capital
- Assist with diligence efforts by preparing materials, supporting meetings, and participating in diligence sessions as needed
- Prepare investor-facing materials, including meeting agendas, background profiles, and presentation content
- Produce ad hoc reports and analyses leveraging CRM and client data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded institution
- 1-2 years of experience in asset management, consulting, or financial services-related marketing or investor support roles
- Demonstrated team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation)
- Series 7 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment)
Compensation:
- Expected annual base salary: $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation may include bonus and benefits, subject to firm policies
