Job Title: P&C Insurance - Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze P&C Insurance processes (underwriting, claims, pricing, actuarial).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to improve system efficiency and business performance.
  • Manage pricing databases and data models.
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication.
  • Support pricing model development and data integrations.
  • Implement pricing systems and tools.
  • Develop business strategies and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in Actuarial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance processes.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or Actuarial (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience with pricing databases and data models.
  • Familiar with insurance software platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek.
  • Understanding of data management and governance.
