Leiter (m/w/d) - Finanzen und Buchhaltung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Accounting-Teams
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS auf Einzel- und Konzernebene
- Durchführung der Konsolidierung mehrerer Gesellschaften sowie IFRS-Reporting
- Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und alle buchhalterischen Prozesse
- Sicherstellung der revisionssicheren Dokumentation und Einhaltung relevanter Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Erstellung und Abstimmung von bilanzierungsrelevanten Stellungnahmen nach HGB und IFRS
- Koordination mit externen Beratern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Verantwortung für Projekt- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie die Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen und Systemlandschaften
- Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender ERP-Prozesse mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Automatisierung
- Ansprechpartner für interne Fachbereiche sowie Unterstützung bei Berichterstattung und Abschlüssen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Accounting oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics 365) sowie Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Tools
- Führungserfahrung sowie Fähigkeit, Teams zu entwickeln und zu motivieren
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung interner Kontrollen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
