Fund Administration Specialist
We're Hiring: Fund Administration Professional | Global Investment Firm
Join a globally recognized investment management firm with a reputation for bold thinking, rigorous research, and long-term value creation. We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our Fund Administration team.
- Location: Boston, MA
- Experience Level: Mid-level (4+ years)
Responsibilites:
- Review financial statements and portfolio holdings across a variety of fund types (SEC-registered, hedge funds, international funds)
- Collaborate with auditors and internal teams on disclosures and accounting positions
- Support treasury functions including budgeting, expense processing, and fee calculations
- Research and implement new accounting and reporting rules
- Assist with regulatory filings (Form PF, CFTC, AIFMD, etc.)
- Contribute to the review of disclosure documents (prospectuses, offering docs, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of fund reporting experience (public accounting, investment management, or fund services)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with multi-class, offshore, and master-feeder fund structures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Irish and/or Australian fund experience is a plus
