Role Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts across multiple strategies and investment vehicles.
• Manage and grow relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investor communications and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and pitch decks.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing capital formation.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in capital raising or investor relations within real estate or private markets.
• Strong network of institutional investors and family offices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and engaging.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible approach to sector and regional coverage.
• Experience with living funds or Asia-focused investor networks is a plus, but not essential.
