Role Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts across multiple strategies and investment vehicles.
- Manage and grow relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investor communications and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and pitch decks.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing capital formation.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in capital raising or investor relations within real estate or private markets.
- Strong network of institutional investors and family offices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and engaging.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible approach to sector and regional coverage.
- Experience with living funds or Asia-focused investor networks is a plus, but not essential.
