Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to oversee the performance, availability, and security of enterprise IT infrastructure. This role involves managing cloud and on-premise systems, implementing upgrades and patches, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to system reliability and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud environments including Azure, Office 365, and AWS
• Install, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server 2016/2022
• Proactively identify and resolve issues in Windows Server environments
• Deploy and manage Windows servers in cloud platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, email systems, and Office 365
• Administer Microsoft enterprise products including Exchange, Active Directory, and other E5 offerings
• Develop and document change control processes for Windows, Azure, and AWS solutions
• Serve as a technical authority and mentor for junior team members
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)

Experience:

• 5+ years in a Systems Administration role
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure, Exchange, Office 365 apps, and AWS
• Experience with networking infrastructure, operating systems, application software, project management, and regulatory compliance

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
