Title: Senior Risk Control Consultant

Location: Remote - Multiple Locations: Arizona, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia

Position Overview:

One of the top tier specialty insurance carriers is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Risk Control Consultant to the team. This role will be responsible for evaluating multi-line exposure and exposure controls while recommending risk improvements, preparing reports and developing new business through quality agency relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments by researching operations, analyzing data, and identifying key areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to deliver strategic insights, develop detailed reports, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Leverage advanced technology platforms and diverse data sources to proactively address underwriting and customer needs.
• Drive business growth and retention by participating in agency visits, sharing industry expertise, and championing initiatives that strengthen departmental capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with agents and customers through consultative engagements that enhance feedback collection and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Risk Management/similar degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in risk/loss control.
• Designations preferred but not required.
