Role Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth through proactive outreach to energy, finance, and consulting firms.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and expand across strategic accounts.
  • Manage a pipeline using structured sales methodologies and data-driven insights.
  • Use a modern sales tech stack (AI tools, Gong, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in outbound sales and generating new business.
  • Familiarity with energy, commodities, or related sectors is a plus.
  • A challenger mindset- comfortable disrupting incumbents and handling objections.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and drive to grow with a fast-moving startup.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in the Houston office and travel occasionally.
