Role Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through proactive outreach to energy, finance, and consulting firms.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and expand across strategic accounts.
- Manage a pipeline using structured sales methodologies and data-driven insights.
- Use a modern sales tech stack (AI tools, Gong, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outbound sales and generating new business.
- Familiarity with energy, commodities, or related sectors is a plus.
- A challenger mindset- comfortable disrupting incumbents and handling objections.
- Curiosity, resilience, and drive to grow with a fast-moving startup.
- Ability to work 3 days per week in the Houston office and travel occasionally.
